Position: State Program Manager

Org: An NGO

Experience: 5 yrs plus

Location:Lucknow

CTC: 8-10 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Liaison with state NHM, DHM and UNICEF leadership to ensure project plan implementation
• Maintain cordial relationship with the respective heads with a view to smooth

implementation, trouble anticipation and its mitigation.

• Work closely with the diverse team for all program needs
• Maintain a track of the program deliverables and bring attention to the program director any

anticipated changes

• Plan for team expansion and assist in recruitment as and when required
• Prepare budgets for the year
• Maintain forecasting as the program evolves
• Maintain oversight and due diligence over budgets

Job Requirements

• Candidate with MMBS, MSc/BSc nursing, MPH or allied life sciences background will be

preferred.

• Should have experience in stakeholder management and should have experience in working

with the government.

• Should have experience in program management & finance management.
• Should have experience of handling teams.
• Should have experience in risk forecasting.
