oles and Responsibilities:

· Developing long-term strategies for products and translating them into an achievable roadmap

· Architect, design and develop secure, scalable, and resilient solutions

· Solution with open source technologies and object-oriented design

· Systems development life cycle including various methodologies (agile, waterfall, iterative)

· Work closely with the design and PM teams, able to collaborate across disciplines

· Analyze how your features are performing in production to learn and make the product better.

· As a technical leader, Evaluate, recommend solutions, and guide team decision making.

· Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment.

· Building and managing teams that design and deliver scalable and extensible distributed systems to address complex business challenges.

· Mentoring developers on the team. Participate and drive code and design reviews

· Communicate vision and strategy to your team and remove impediments

· Lead a highly energetic team – identify, groom and retain right talent

· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Enterprise application environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.

· Deliver complex projects spread across multiple modules on time with high quality.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

Primary / Mandatory skills:

· Overall Experience: 10+ years’ overall experience as a Lead with large scale Enterprise applications in both on-prem and Cloud Environment.

· Implemented SDLC in projects

· 8+ years’ experience in coding efficient, object-oriented, and modularized software in a large scale technically diverse organization

· 5+ years of Lead experience of world-class software engineers, development/product/program managers.

· 5+ year Experience in building application with FULLSTACK.

· Strong experience in Microservices, Restapi

· Strong experience in Java, spring boots, ReactJS -JavaScript libraries such as React JS

· Demonstrated strong and Consistent focus on operational excellence and security of systems.

· Strong support experience in triage, debug technical support requests escalated to product team.

· Experience delegating and managing work across delivery teams to meet priorities.

· Strong Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Telemetry, and automation etc.

· Solid understanding of managing webservers, app servers, cache engines, configuration management, CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker

· Proven work experience as a Database administrator (SQL & NOSQL)

· Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Experience working with process management software such as JIRA / ADO is preferred
