Ensures the control, integrity and accessibility of database file structure of one or more databases with multiple concurrent users. Approves database specifications, installs and tests databases, provides fault isolation/resolution, designs the distribution of database resources, provides physical modeling and design services, tunes database applications for optimum performance, and implements disaster recovery/contingency plans
Roles and Responsibilities:Support Ticket processingUser Profile ManagementDesign DB tables based on the requirements.Provide support to deliver Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, DB tunning, Automated ReportsDeploy the code to the production and all non-pod environments.Deliver DB Security PatchesProvide database maintenance support activities, disaster recovery/contingency plans.Additional Information:Shift: 24X7 Rotational

At least 6+ yrs of experience as an Oracle DBA
Established written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and problem solving skillsActive Team CollaborationOracle Database(11.2 and above), PostgreSQL, UNIX, LINUX, Azure CloudEducation and Qualifications:Education: Preferred Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
