JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Follow up for order confirmation from Supplier

2) Follow up for shipping documents from supplier

3) regularly checking of import shipment status and accordingly filing of BoE timely with CHA

4) Making remittance of Bank Forex payments of Import & other required as per Bank

5) Follow-up claims from the supplier

6) Making high seas sales agreements & other documents.

7) Checking of CHA Bills & make payments after approval of management

8) Filing of Bill of Entry to Banks of each import shipments

9) Making of suppling live payments against import shipments.

10) Timely clearance of all shipments & coordinate with CHA to disptch to factory

SKILLS REQUIRED

Import / Export documentation experience .

Customs clearance .Purchase Accounts ,(Preferably Retired From Public / Govt. sector Or Armed Forces)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
