This allows MNCs to have their presence in India without having to learn/manage on how to run a business in India.Unlike service companies, the teams built by Aumni are fully dedicated and have permanent jobs with product MNCs, working directly with them on their product roadmap using cutting edge technologies.Some of the other product MNCs, operated by Aumni in India include Aventri, TrueFill, Hanu, and Simply Closing. You will be an integralpart of the HR team.JD1. Ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly2. Assist in training staff members and new hires3. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion4. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail5. Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines6. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items7. Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests8. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow9. Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed10. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.11. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.12. Coordinate office procedures13. Maintain computer and manual filing systems14. Greet and assist visitors to the office15. Resolve administrative problems16.
