Position Overview
As a marketing reporting and insights analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting and dashboard support to Autodesk’s global marketing teams to enable the greater adoption of reporting suites and delight stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have customer centric appetite to server marketers by partnering with various team like data engineering, product, modeling, communication and external IT teams.
You will have opportunities to interface with multiple levels in the organization and across the business unit to make and business impact. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with plenty of opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the Autodesk business. There’s always an opportunity to improve a process, solve a problem, or provide critical input to make the business more successful.
Responsibilities
Providing dashboard support to marketers within the organization
Identifying and provide resolution
Document root cause and fixes
Assisting marketers in dashboard usability
Assisting marketers in use case and scenario analysis
Engages with stakeholders end to end till resolution
Managing ticketing system and ensuring tickets are kept up to date with resolution
Maintaining and updating documents and procedures example FAQ, data catalog
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate degree with 2-4 years in reporting/application support environment
Preferably worked in marketing operation support environment with web analytics or digital marketing exposure
Strong working knowledge in PowerBi
Intermediate working knowledge of SQL. Experience working with relational databases, query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
Ability to understand marketing data and parameters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathy, initiative and ownership
Eager to learn new things and passionate towards marketing technology
Knowledge in any other sales/ marketing Automation tools: Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Cvent
