We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our value proposition. Your expertise in design, will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and enhancing the user experience of our products.

What will you do in this role

1. Visual Design: Create captivating visuals for marketing collateral, websites, social media, presentations, and more, ensuring a consistent and polished look and feel.
2. Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity guidelines to ensure a cohesive and recognisable visual presence across all touchpoints.
3. UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with our product development team to design user interfaces that prioritize both aesthetics and user-friendliness.
4. Marketing Assets: Develop graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials to engage and convert our target audience.
5. Content Creation: Produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, motion graphics and infographics, to support our marketing initiatives.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
7. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain on the cutting edge.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Prior experience in a design role at a creative agency is strongly preferred.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that highlight your creativity and expertise.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and experience using design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, an understanding of design fundamentals, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
