Junior Accounts Executive Role

Location: –

• Bangalore

Job Description: –

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Processing of Customer Purchase orders, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers, and ensuring that sales contracts and all company practices / policies have been followed.
• Maintains customer files with Customer Purchase orders and other information.
• Booking Customers Purchase Orders in Tally, issue Sales Order, Order acknowledgement / Proforma Invoice, Store requisition, Invoice, Delivery Challan etc.
• Provide day to day management of the Material Stores with responsibility for day-to-day stores activity such as Receipt, issue, storage, inventory management, maintain store records, etc.
• Receive products from vendor deliveries.
• Compare delivery note to company purchase orders and ensure that the products received in each delivery matches to the delivery note and company purchase order.
• Maintaining accurate inventory record in Tally.
• Maintain all records pertaining to stock and its movements.
• Monitors, updates and maintain current inventory levels.
• Support to Finance in physical verification process for inventory.
• Monthly reconciliation of stocks.
• Logistics and Supply Chain process handling.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable and follow-up with customers for outstanding collections.
• Prepare quotations on Tally.
• Raise Purchase Orders on Tally.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable on Tally.
• General customer account maintenance.
• Interact with customers, Sales, Credit, and the Finance departments daily. Must provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers and meet or exceed our agreed upon SLA-Service Level Agreement.
• Attain monthly and yearly goals established by management.

What we are looking for: –

• B. Com / M. Com Graduate from a reputed college.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Commitment to serve minimum 3years.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹21,200.00 per month
