Role Summary
Staffing Coordinator, based in the India and supporting our EMEA TA Team in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and business operations. The position will help coordinate and organize several important logistics and processes in support of our Early Career and Experienced hire recruiters. The role will help manage and provide consultation & ensuring that HR processes and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule formal interviews and handle logistics with both new graduate and experienced candidates
Scheduling and coordinating interviews for across EMEA region
Scheduling Technical, Onsite & Managerial interviews as per the need
Focus on quality of candidate experience.
Coordinator will get involved into intake meetings with Hiring Managers along with the recruiters
Need to schedule interviews through Workday (ATS) system
Schedule screenings and interviews for new graduate candidates, including phone screens and on-site interviews
Essential Capabilities
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle – understands the employee lifecycle and implements the drivers within it.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong English language skills verbal and written.
Essential Experience
Must have 1 – 2 Years of experience as TA Coordinator
Demonstrable experience of business partnering with evidence of career progression within a People function.
Experience of working in a People Team, showing knowledge of HR policies, processes across the whole employee lifecycle.
Desirable Experience
Interest in Human Resources/Recruiting as a career
Familiarity with Workday
