Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate in any degree
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Process Trainer in BPO
- In-depth knowledge of training performance metrics
- Good PC Skills ,especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organization & Management Skills
- Decision – Making Skills
- Qualities of a good leader include integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, influence, and positivity
