Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum Graduate in any degree
  • Should have documented BPO experience of 2 yrs as a Team Leader Operations
  • Proven Work Experience as a Team Leader
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC Skills ,especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organization & Management Skills
  • Decision – Making Skills
