Role: Chat Support Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years

Roles and Responsibility:

• Interact Chat with visitors
• Asks and approach with Relevant Questions
• Quick Joining and Reply
• Need to Maintain and update Accuracy in records daily
• Candidates have to resolve customer queries over the Chat and achieve customer delight.
• Candidate should basic knowledge of Bacancy Technology and a clear understanding of PPC, Organic, social media, and other platform URLs (Systems also)
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Update visitors information in live Chat
• CRM lead update – (at the same time)
• Mail-in solution and sales – (at the same time)
• Update in Zopim core group – (at the same time)
• Teamwork

Skill Requirement:

Qualification: Any Graduate
