Role Description:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping (As Is & To Be)
  Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis-à-vis competition
  Responsible for implementing process improvement projects (DMAIC [Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control] within the business
  Proactively evaluate the challenges faced by the business and recommend actions to mitigate risks, develop opportunities, and implement the same
  Implement new quality processes and systems in line with the latest technology
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
  Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing costs while ensuring the organization’s objectives biggest and the best insurer
  Contribute to new business initiatives, projects and review and communicate the impact
  Conduct interactive workshops for employees on quality tools and generate process improvement ideas
  Presenting data, sharing analysis, and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions for assigned processes
  Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space

Desirable Skills : 
GB Certified with at least 4 -5 years implementation experience in Insurance or BFSI industries (Mandatory)  Previous process excellence experience of implementing lean six sigma tools (Mandatory)  Minimum 2 Projects implemented with demonstrated Business Impact and delivered Productivity gains/cost savings
