Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience
* 1)Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
2)Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
3)Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
4)Excellent communication skills.
5)Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
6)Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
7)Excellent relationship skills.
8) Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
9)Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter
10)Working knowledge of computers
