Process Overview* Corporate Treasury (CT) Data Management (DM) is responsible for assuring the data quality of the data sources used by Global Liquidity Management (GLM) and Balance Sheet Management (BSM) to report to external regulators as well as to internal executive management for liquidity monitoring and measurement. Team is also responsible for testing of FRY 2052a, LCR, NSFR and other liquidity reports. *

• Team will be responsible for identification, confirmation and remediation of data gaps in various high risk Liquidity reports (FRY 2052. LCR, NSFR etc.) Filed by the bank. Testing will be performed within the testing framework which includes the following:
• Scope determination, II. Sampling III. Document Sourcing, IV. Test Execution & Review, V. Issue Management, VI. Governance
• The role will require to work closely with product SMEs and will be accountable for test planning, execution, test script development, reporting and analysis of results.

Responsibilities*

• Coordinating with LOB to establish the scope of Testing and testing plan.
• Shadowing and partnering with TDM Product SME teams (Banking /Trading / Treasury and Reference data) for establishing testing procedure and knowledge transfer
• Examine material error, omissions and non-compliance in LCR, FRY 2052a, NSFR and other Liquidity reports
• Create testing methodology including sampling and source document mapping
• Identify, review, and evaluate potential upstream systems to determine data sourcing strategy
• Understand and create SQL scripts
• Work with technology to procure data pull(s) from Atlas/Libra system for selected samples
• Create governance document such as SOP, audit decks etc.
• Collaborate across stakeholders including business reporting, product-specific data stewards, tech partners, upstream data providers/data management, and risk/compliance;
• Assisting in documenting the process to ensure a clear training package for the expansion of the capability
• Handling regulatory examinations (MRA / MRIA) and related information

Requirements* Education* CA/ Post Graduate (MBA – Finance or equivalent) Certifications If Any Experience Range* Total experience: 5-7 years Testing of Regulatory Reports /Liquidity experience: 2-3 years Foundational skills*

• Good understanding of Treasury Regulatory reporting
• Understanding of Banking/ Trading/ Treasury products
• Working Knowledge of Regulatory Testing
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong relationship management skills & understanding of Enterprise Teams within the Data Lifecycle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks – ability to self-manage and prioritize

• Strong understanding of Metadata & Data Lineage principles
