The candidate should have good team player skills and the ability to work hard independently under the least supervision. Should be a problem solver and self-motivated to work in a startup environment. Must have good learning and grasping skills. Keen to learn new things and flexible to work with startup culture.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

⁃ 0-5 yrs of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

⁃ Good aptitude and good attitude

⁃ Need a hardworking candidate

⁃ Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator,

Graphic Design.

⁃ Hands-on experience on Figma.

⁃ Must know how to create a prototype on Figma.

⁃ Good to have knowledge of InVision, Zeplin.

– Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software

– Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

– Understand product specifications and user psychology

– Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

– Must know the web and mobile app guidelines.

⁃ Strong conceptualization & visual communication ability.

⁃ Create a simple and user-friendly site flow & design.

⁃ Execute all visuals from concept to design to the final stage.

⁃ Ability to work done on time.

Education :

– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
