I am hiring a Performance / Growth marketing manager for my team @ Beardo. This role is responsible for driving owning acquisition and revenue for Beardo DTC channel. This role focuses on driving performance marketing excellence across multiple paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and experienced in scaling DTC brands profitably.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, Alliance, and other digital channels to drive efficient customer acquisition.
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to enhance campaign performance.
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for campaign outcomes, ensuring KPIs are met.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in DTC performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GPay, and Cred.
- Analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns for performance.
- Experience with Shopify and campaign management.
