Full Job Description
Qualifications- MBAExperience- with 2-3 years experience in hospitality, Liasoning and CSR domain
1) Travel Desk Booking and Reservations for transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services, providing clear instructions and confirmations to clients and members.
2) Managing Travel Itineraries and managing and organizing travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and other travel-related services. Billing processes, invoicing, refunds and reimbursements.
3) Providing travel advice including visa requirements, safety, health precautions, and travel insurance.
4) Client Visit Handling-Boarding & Lodging
5) Visa support, International and domestic air tickets (booking,rescheduling etc.), Airport transfers, hotel booking, Vacvation planning, Sight Seeing Bookings and arrangements. Restaurant booking.
6) Liasoning and events Building and maintaining relationships with external authorities (Customs, STPI, Local bodies, Police, Public Health System, RTO ) and point of contact between office and authorities by maintaining good PR with authorities.
Facilitating the different departments or teams within the organization for events, activities and providing logistics support.
7) Providing support and guidance to internal teams by providing the information and resources for accomplishing various tasks.
8) Event Planning by Collaborating with different departments of organization determine event activities and concept, creating timelines and budgets, and selecting venues.
9) Vendor Management Researching and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with event partners such as caterers, event planners, and suppliers.
10) Event Coordination by Overseeing all logistical details of the event, such as transportation, event requirements and equipment rentals.
11) Building and leading a team to ensure that events run smoothly, including event staff, vendors, and volunteers.
12) Post-Even evaluation by collecting feedback from members to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.

14) Endorsement of new members
15) Coordination with TPA and Hospitals for Cash less claim
16) Application for non cashless claims
17) Followup with TPA for settlement of claims
18) Coordination with TPA and bebo members for non cashless claims
19) CSR doing ground work for CSR activity, coordinating between CSR Committee and NGO/ agency, Taking requirements from CSR committee and coordinate with Procurement team for the purchase of required items, providing logistics support to CSR Committee for the delivery of goods to agency/ NGO. For regular CSR activities at the time of Diwali make necessary arrangements for the display of goods by NGO, provide support in conducting an CSR event, Coordinate with Cafeteria team for arranging food, tea and snacks for visiting NGO and Committee members. For Blanket Drive support in providing quotes, purchase,transport and distribution of in kind to different social welfare agencies and to the needy persons within the city
