Job Overview Drive the Digital Team by executing Business Development, Operations, Team Management and delivering Quality and profitable performance of the division. Responsibilities and Duties

• Business Development – Acquisition of New Clients and retention of acquired businesses

• Brain Storm new and creative growth strategies.

• Evaluate emerging and current trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

• Manage the Team effectively with positive leadership.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in digital marketing and sales

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
