Qualification : MSW (HR)

CTC : 7.5 to 8.5 Lakh

Location: Nelmangla ( Near Bangalore)

Job Description:
1. Need to manage shift activity (Canteen, Transportation, Help Desk, Employees Grievances, and IR related, etc.)

2. Good in Time office & Leave management.

3. Knowledge on compliance management.

4. Recruitment & on boarding of Flexible & apprentice Trainees.

5. Contract employees management.

6. Good Knowledge on NAPS & Apprenticeship scheme.

7. Absenteeism and Attrition management.

8. Good in Excel and PowerPoint.
