3. Knowledge on compliance management.
4. Recruitment & on boarding of Flexible & apprentice Trainees.
5. Contract employees management.
6. Good Knowledge on NAPS & Apprenticeship scheme.
7. Absenteeism and Attrition management.
8. Good in Excel and PowerPoint.
