Manager – Search Marketing (Paid & Organic)We are looking for a search marketer with an ability to implement SEO strategy that generates long term sustainable results. As a search marketer you are required to constantly look for keywords that constantly expand our reach. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google in order to maximize ROI.About BeyondSkoolBeyondSkool aims to be the No.1 destination for beyond school courses for kids aged 4-15yrs by building knowledge and skills in areas that are not typically covered by school to constantly expand learning and stay ahead. We are at a stage of hiring our core team members who are young, passionate individuals with keen interest in making a difference in the education sector.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSearch (Organic)

• Adept with technical, on-page and off page SEO – tools, process and techniques.
• Conduct keyword research, identification of keywords most apt for BeyondSkool – direct, brand and semantic. Keyword expansion and optimization to increase organic search footprint and drive high quality and relevant site traffic.
• Work on the technical aspects of the website ranking factors like – Meta Tags, Page load time, etc.
• Ensure that the website is up-to-date with the Google ranking algorithms and updates.
• Track competition closely, identify the keyword and traffic pattern and implement the same in BeyondSkool’s search marketing strategy.
• Proficient with SEO audit tools like – SEM Rush, aHrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Content research, creation and distribution strategy using brand blog, medium, quora, guest posting and other 3rd party publishing tools.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content and interlinking to improve the page diversity and opportunity to target more keywords.
• Developing and implementing content marketing strategy, explore ways to tightly integrate the brand website with the paid search efforts.
• Drive website engagement, work on the core web metrics like time spent on website, user journeys, give real time insights to the digital and content team and optimize the website accordingly.
• Build efficiency between the paid and organic keywords. Use website and content optimization strategy to get the best results from an ROI perspective.
• Build synergies for both paid and organic efforts to be able to optimize the paid search cost.

Search (Paid)

• Adept in working with keyword research tools like Google keyword planner.
• Create campaign structure in-line with the market practices, expand the keyword reach and continue to optimize the campaign with removal of negative keywords to optimize CPC / CPL.
• Plan and execute down the funnel interactions for BeyondSkool customers acquired from search.
• Methodically improve the volume and quality of traffic from search to ensure that the bottom funnel metrics is in line with the market / industry norms.
• Prepare weekly reports, analyze data and campaigns and improve the cost of acquisition.
• Identify channels, tools and trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Measure and report performance of all campaign marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Work with internal team & agency on creative/tactical communications and carry out Creative A/B testing.
• Plan, execute and report acquisition experiments and conversion tests.

Requirements

• 5+ Years hands on experience in planning and optimizing large scale search marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in Acquisition / ROI Marketing (viz., Google Ads)
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Experienced in using CRM & Marketing automation tools like LeadSquared.
• In- depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Highly creative in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO / SEM and its measurement.
