Financial Analyst – Manager / Sr. Manager

· MBA -Fin/CA/ICWA or any equivalent PG in Finance

· About 5 -8 Years of experience in Financial analyst role, with Pharma industry

Work Domain: –

· Preparation of Monthly Performance, Cost Centre Reports, Variance Analysis and Monthly Performance Results, reporting to the Regional Manager.

· Tracking financial performance and supporting monthly P&L reviews and helping monitor Financial Targets. –

· Analysing and updating key underlying assumptions.

· Drive and support preparation of Annual budgets and Strategic plan. –

· Forecasting Brand Sales and Demand through collaboration with finance stakeholders and Supply Chain team. –

· Reporting and Analysis of Monthly FTE for Region with over 10 countries. –

· Business Partnering and liaising with stakeholders on Pre-closing and Closing activities –

· Analysis of Price, Volume, Mix and Stock in trade reports at Brand/Country level.

Additional responsibilities include: –

· Providing assistance to FR team with regard to Financial Controls and Compliance. –

· Supporting the Tax team for the purpose of Tax rebate calculation and reporting. –

· Reporting and analytics of monthly results of Strategic Alliance Business. –

· Supporting the Revenue Accounting team for Account Reconciliation and Variance analysis. –

· Supporting the Automation of reports through UIpath and Qliksense.

Experience : M.B.A /CA/ICWA with 4-10 years in a Pharmaceutical work environment and past experiences.
