Job Profile
- Onboard Best suitable/best Fit store Partner to run our operation in T4 Cities
- Train Store Partner for Operation & Address their daily Operational Queries.
- Ensure On time delivery and timely Cash deposit and Cancel/ return Stock Management
- Controlling the write off by closely monitoring the inventory/stock in & out.
- Execute BTL marketing activities with the help of Central Marketing Team & Store Partners to increase – the market share
- Maintain customer complaint <0.5%
- Benchmark competition prices to ensure we give good price perception to customer
- Regular Store Audits to ensure store hygiene and process and maintain as per the SOP defined by the company
- Keep a track of Movable Assets and Fixed Assets
- Managing Transporter and cost
- Maintain profit & Loss of Store Partner
