Job Description:

You will also be responsible for multitasking effectively and perform repetitive data entry tasks accurately with excellent attention to detail. Part of the task also involves handling research-based projects and preparing source databases for compiling and sorting information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enters information in CRM using data from reports.

• Comprehensive understanding of data contained in CRM reporting.

• Manages a high volume of reports and tasks.

• Works with data in CRM to provide accuracy.

• Handles research-based tasks and prepares source data for compiling and sorting information.

• Maintains data entry requirements by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

• Maintains customer confidence and protects information by keeping information confidential.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Able to work efficiently without distraction to keep up with demand of the business line.
