Job Role
1) Handling key clients of our Company by solving their Queries through phone Calls or Mails
2) Coordinating with Operator / Vendor for any issue in SMS Pipes or applications
3) Campaign management of Clients for SMS and whatsapp Campaigns and sharing reports
