Position Purpose
To Provide support to ITG CIO
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Manage schedules, international travel arrangements, meeting room reservations, food, and beverages
Senior management liaison, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
Plans, coordinates and ensures CIO’s schedule is followed and respected
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CIO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Works closely and effectively with the CIO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Expense reporting, receipt acquisition, and disputes for monthly bill
Support the CIO with report preparation, letter composing, calendar updates upon request
Plan/Organize/Work with stakeholders
Answers, directs calls and emails of the CIO of a general nature
Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
Prepare Staff & Management data on request basis
