We are a 20+ years young IT company as well as a US-facing full-fledged digital agency. We have multiple internal web properties and ongoing blogging needs. Our digital marketing team conducts topic research based on relevancy, topicality, and trends and assigns a monthly quota of articles to various writers. We are looking for freelance content writer(s):

• Who can write for our users and website visitors, not for just Google. We hate those thin writing pieces which are all about keywords. If you are an SEO content writer, you DO NOT NEED TO APPLY.

• We need engagement with the users, so we need depth in the content. We want someone who understands IT service offerings and also digital marketing and can write research-based articles and blogs. We have clients in other SAAS, Insurance and other domains as well, a diverse experience is appreciated.
• We need American tonality and style of writing, so it’s important that you have done a lot of writing for the USA market and have examples to showcase.

• We prefer the storytelling style of narration over the essay style of writing. We would love to see some examples of work.
• We don’t want someone to further outsource the work to other writers. If you can not write it yourself, then we may not want to work with you.
• We wish to pay on a per-word basis instead of a per-hour basis.

Things to keep in mind

• Research skills are a must, the writer should have awareness of the modern digital content research tools and be handy with the graphical representation of the facts
• Skilled in the art and science of intelligently quoting and citing influencers and other original research from 3rd party providers
• Since the majority of the writing will happen for IT, Marketing, and SaaS domain, will prefer a person with exposure to writing for these industries
