Job Description

• Driving warehouse improvement Projects e.g. productivity improvement with analytics, cost reduction
• Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management and development
• Daily & monthly performance management (KPI) and review with business units
• Productivity Improvements
• Complaints management
• Warehouse maturity standards Implementation
• 6S implementation in warehouses
• Standardization of processes and work instructions
• Monitor warehouse safety and security performance, conduct Bosch safety and security standard implementation
• WMS and EWM (implementation and monitoring)
• Inventory ageing analysis
• Warehouse stock supervision (in term of packages quality, stock clearing, slow movers, warehouse capacity)
• Physical disposal & monitoring of scrap material
• Empties bin management
• Ordering consumables for warehouse operation
• Responsible for preparation of RFQ and data required for LSP contract
• Coordination with CF for LSP payment
• Global processes implementation in Bosch warehouses

Qualifications

B. E. Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Min 5 years’ experience in supply chain management (incl. warehousing)

Logistics & supply chain management incl. warehousing, Lean Manufacturing, MS office, SAP Knowledge (preferred) & analytical skills
