Job Description

Maintenance of Material details in Material Master in SAP.

Monitoring and coordinating with Customers for Demands and schedule.

Coordinating with Buyers for Price & supplier information’s and missing information over call or via email.

Creation of Price Decision & sending it for relevant approval as per the process guidelines.

Stringent follow-up on all pending PD approvals by the buyers to meet the TAT.

On time creation of Material info records in SAP for the approved workon`s and APN PD’s.

Creation of Scheduling agreement for the part numbers and price, MOQ and MPN updating as per request from the plant.

Tele call with Customers regarding progress of the task.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Commerce/Science

Experience: 2-3years.

Experience in back office operations is an added advantage

Willingness to be a team player

Willingness to work in German shift

Experience in SAP MM modules will help.
