Job Description

You are responsible for SW Test Planning, Risk Analysis, Measurement & Tracking for customer projects in Active safety new and upcoming product line.
Your tasks:
Complete responsibility of Test team
Planning and monitoring of deadlines, resources
Attaining the targets (Quality, Cost, Time)
Quality Assessments and ASPICE audits
Coordination with the customer and meet the agreed timelines
Compliance to deadlines with required quality of deliverables
Monthly update and presentation of the Cockpit Chart (CPC) in project Meetings and corrective/preventive action planning.
Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
Presentation skills and direct OE interfacing.
Experience in Embedded System SW Project Management
Experience in people management with team size of approx.10
Experience in working with matrix organization
Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure is an advantage
Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics), SQA and SCM activities
Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals made by experts
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
ISTQB / PMP certified is an additional advantage
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Automobiles/Auto Component/Auto Ancillary, Manufacturing/Industrial
