WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for a highly driven individual with a real passion for supporting the sourcing, attracting, and hiring of the best talent for our Business Services Teams (BST). You’ll be responsible for supporting talent acquisition activities across the ME offices (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia). This is a very busy and fast paced role, so attention to detail and prioritization are a must! Provide BST recruiting administrative support across the team, scheduling calls and interviews internally and with recruitment agencies, collating feedback etc. Proactively managing the online recruitment portal (BEST), ensuring all open roles are up to date and candidates are moved through the various stages from screening to hire Open new roles on Workday and creating position IDs for the subsequent roles on BEST Send out communications to candidates via BEST to ensure that the BCG recruitment experience is professional and engaging to help maintain our brand in the market Manage and update the job description library for LAB, ensuring all hiring managers are using the correct templates Have shared ownership of the BST Recruiting Inbox – you will manage and maintain the inbox dealing with ad hoc queries and escalating to the correct HR contacts where necessary Work with LAB HR teams to prepare contracts and send out offer communication to candidates Support BCG Alternative Businesses, and Global and Regional HR, with interview scheduling, contract preparation and offer communication, when required YOU’RE GOOD AT Excellent Communication (Oral & Written) Fosters a spirit of collaboration and team work YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) A graduation degree 2+ yrs of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companies Knowledge of Workday & experience in Global HR Operations / HR Shared Services Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience of working with a hiring portal (ideal but not essential) YOU’LL WORK WITH Our Global Services HR Colleagues & other functional POC.
