Reporting Sales Engineer OEM Sales will report to Branch Head Overview Achieving the sales growth in the respective sales region as per the planned budget Minimum Requirements for the suitability of the role Educational Qualification Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering degree Professional Management Education will be added advantage Experience Minimum 3+ years in a Sales role in the same industry , preferably in multinational companies Hands on experience in application development will be added advantage Skills Required Outstanding Industrial Sales skills Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism Language: Fluency in reading & writing in English, Hindi, and regional language Experience with technology sales particularly repetitive sales of complex goods Willingness to Travel Flexibility to travel up to 60%
