As the Safety & Sustainability Administrator, you will be the backbone of our corporate Safety, Sustainability and Quality (SSQ) team. You will provide day-to-day administrative support and handle document control duties. You will also be responsible for coordinating training for personnel in other global offices, managing the SSQ corporate document register, and developing monthly Bradken Teamsafe packs.
You will coordinate translations with service providers and in-house translation verifiers, and showcase your skills in report preparation.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented and has experience managing various web-based systems like Myosh, Chemwatch, TeamCentre, Compliance Quest, and SharePoint.
You will need to be a master of planning and aligning work processes to optimize efficiency.
From first aid training to fire warden training, emergency evacuation, and fire extinguisher training, you’re making sure everyone is prepared for any situation.
Key Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in business, safety, quality, and environment preferred
Experience in the ISO documentation process is desired
Previous systems administration experience is desirable
Computer literate with proficiency in the suit of Microsoft Office package, including excellent Word & Excel skills
Ability to understand, interpret & implement corporate systems, policies & procedures
This role will be based at our site in Coimbatore, India.
