- Developing Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and other relevant teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, X(Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Curate user-generated content when applicable.
- Creative Mind: A Brand Strategist should be a creative it helps create distinctive and memorable brands that stand out from the competition and resonate with the target audience.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules across platforms, taking into account peak engagement times and relevant events or trends.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to measure the performance of social media campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
