We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system

maintenance.

• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
• Develop an MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of data and information resources
• Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management and

customersJob Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a

related field required

• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution

recommendations.

• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
