The Software Engineer, Procurement Audit and Business Control Function will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle projects in SAP Ariba Source to Pay or Icertis Contract LifeCycle Management and provide on-going support. This person will work in the areas of SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, and Business Network or Icertis system. Has a good understanding of working in a SOX and GxP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing solutions in SAP Ariba Source to Pay area by using the SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, Business Network, or Icertis.

• Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the procurement requirements globally.

• Work with team to deliver on SAP Ariba or Icertis projects, enhancements, and upgrades.

• Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.

• Manage communications with various teams for projects or support activities.

• Develops self through training and project work assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience implementing projects in SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, Business Network, or Icertis with two full cycle SAP Ariba implementations or Icertis implementation. Experience in other areas such as Accounts Receivables and Payables is a plus.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

• Good understanding of Procurement business processes and Supplier master data

• Experience managing projects or components of large projects.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
