Be able to perform and document various system based operating parameters in fully automated plant. Perform daily checks Screw Compressors, Ammonia pumps, IBT, chilled water closed loop system and corresponding pumps systems.
Perform daily checks on Air compressor system, Air dryer and its corresponding cleaning and scheduled maintenance requirements
Operate, controls and keep records of membrane and conventional water treatment plant production in accordance with process plant requirements including the operation of remote water storage and booster pumping station.
Collects samples and conducts operator control tests including PH, OPH, chlorine, residual to monitor performance of main Treated water and remote facilities, adjusts operations, determines chemical feed rates, and ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
Perform daily checks of the MGF, ACF, UV, RO plant with corresponding chemical dosing and their pumping stations
Have a working knowledge of the machinery used for refrigeration plant, falling film chillers, Ammonia based condensers and cooling units installed in plant.
Have a working knowledge of Screw based air compressors and dryers, its data monitoring, maintenance and operating conditions.
Have a thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction
