- Should have at least 4 years of IT experience
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Maximo and operations Support
- Experience on business process reengineering, Integration design with external applications
- Proven documentation skills with ability to create high-quality and complete project documents.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Utilities domain knowledge is plus
- Should have experience on estimation any requirements, requirement gathering and monitor project/enhancements
- Should have experience on designing workflows, reports, automation scripting, security group configurations, Maximo application and database configurations, Integration framework,
- In Depth knowledge of All Maximo modules with a good knowledge of key modules i.e., Assets, Inventory, Planning, Resources, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Contracts, etc.
