We believe the ideal candidate should have 03+ years of experience in handling multiple clients in an Account Management/Client Servicing role.

1. Should be from a digital agency background .

2. Digital Marketing background (preferably SEO) but even someone who understands Google Analytics/Paid search will do.

3. Familiarity in working with any project management softwares Eg: Basecamp, Jira etc.

Account Manager/ Client Servicing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Servicing/Client Relationship Management which includes being the primary point of contact for the company’s clients that are assigned to you and maintaining monthly dashboards, data analyses, reports and being the primary point of contact for all company’s clients.
• Managing the client from acquisition, overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs and timelines and generating monthly progress reports for clients and internal monitoring.
• Serve as a link between client and the internal team, ensuring proper communication reaches to both.
• Communicating with clients on a regular basis updating them on their respective projects through emails, calls and face to face meetings.
• Assist with challenging client requests and escalating the issues of clients as and when required.
• Ensure project deadlines are clearly defined and met
• You should be able to prioritize tasks based on dynamic client inputs

Desired candidate profile

• Basic working knowledge of SEO tools like buzzsumo, SEMRUSH, Keyword planner etc.
• Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to multitask between different client projects
• Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word & Power point
• Know how to use Google Analytics and derive reports from it.
• Needs to know how to use Google analytics
• You should have worked in an Agency environment
