Accountable for the data validation of small to medium sized global network delivery or multiple simple global network deliveries. The global network operates across 198 countries and territories, with 3,400 multinational customers with multiple sites, using 5,200 points of presence

What you’ll be doing

Interrogating BT’s network systems to compile a comprehensive list of customer circuit inventories.

Investigate annomolies within the data cross referencing between systems and BT supplier inventories.

Resolve any annomolies to ensure 100% data accuracy is provided to delivery managers to ensure successful completion of Global Transformational Projects.

Act as a Single Point of Contact for all Data Validation activities, liaising with various stakeholders both within the business and externally.

Develops working relationships and communicates with a range of project stakeholders across teams to ensure actions completed, progress updated and impacts on other components managed.

Run a regular Data Validation review forum with all stakeholders covering risks/issues/status/re sources.

Reviews own work and peers’ outputs to contribute to identify and flag errors or potential issues

Supports the identification and resolution of issues and defects to ensure delivery to required standard.

Identify when deliveries are at risk and take corrective action to resolve

Make recommendations and drive improvements to processes.

Identify and implement changes to improve quality and reduce costs

Regular reporting updates to advise of progress to all stakeholders
