Job Description:

1) Synchronization of all operational activities, purchase store, design, production, dispatch, accounts etc.

2) Overall responsible for the P&L of the factory.

3) Controlling over human resource (Own& Contract).

4) Improved profitability, quality, customer satisfaction.

5) To reduce cost of production by optimum to maximum utilization of resource (Man, Material, Money, Machine).

6) To maintain legal, statutory, mandatary provisions required for the factory.

7) To Maintain cordial relation with employees, vendors, suppliers, transportation, top management all related parties & government and non- government authorities.

8) Knowledge of design, qualities, various management tools like 5S, 6 sigma, kaizen, poka-yoke, etc.

9) CMC, VMC

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
