Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Experience in handling Windows Server, Hardware & Networking, should have experience in Providing L1, and should have the acumen of L2 support. Latest Windows OS installation & troubleshooting. Handling backup of servers. Active Directory (AD) administration. DNS, DHCP, configuration & troubleshooting (Domain Name System & Dynamic Host Control Protocol). Installation & configuration of network printers, File server, administration. Worked on server class machines/storage. Proxy server and Websense (URL Filtering) administration. Good knowledge of Cluster Service. Good knowledge of Exchange mail server Administration. Good Client interaction & relationship building capabilities. Experience in Antivirus implementation. Maintenance and trouble shooting. Knowledge in VMware ESX. Knowledge In in SAN/NAS/FAS implementation and Maintenance. Experience in Windows Software Update service implementation and Maintenance. Experience in FTP implementation and Maintenance. Experience in Networking (LAN & WAN) is Preferable. To be Support & service oriented. Good verbal & communication skills. Should have excellent oral and written communication skill in English. Will be aware of ITIL framework.
