his is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasises on spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJU’s personalised learning journey. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales. We are looking for Candidates who can Handle work pressure and Target Pressure, who are ready to work. You will start your journey at BYJU’S as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which BYJU’S-The Learning App help students learn better.

Requirements:

A go-getter who has a knack for sales and a keen interest in helping students learn better.
Academic Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
Good communication in English is must.

CTC :

– Direct Sales, 10 LPA [5 LPA Fixed +2LPA(direct sales allowances)+3 LPA Variable]
– Inside Sales, 8 LPA ( 5 LPA fixed + 3LPA variable) [only for females]

Note – Female candidates might have to relocate to Bangalore.

– Openings : Bangalore HO and PAN India (across 75 offices)
– Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
