DEPUTY MANAGER-ACCOUNTS and FINANCE

JOB Role

• Acting in place of the manager when they are not available
• Assisting managers in taking important decisions regarding management procedures and operations
• Attending meetings and preparing detailed reports
• Hiring and training new staff in their department
• Coordinating with different departments
• Ensuring that the staff follows company rules and guidelines
• Preparing weekly or monthly reports
• Working closely with members of their team to achieve targets
• Maintaining accurate records of financial
• Providing a detailed summary of activities to keep senior managers informed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an adequate educational background.
• Good Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong leadership skills and capabilities, able to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met.
• Superior organizational, multitasking, analytical, prioritizing and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be a team player combined with a strong sense of collective responsibility, high individual motivation and self-direction.
• Experience with computerized financial systems as well as advanced Excel.
• 8-10 years of experience in Accounts.
• 6 Days of Working (Sunday is fixed off)
• Qualification- BCom with additional qualification, MCom, MBA ,CA , Inter CA
• Salary Package Range – 50,000-70,000 CTC per month +10,000(Incentive)
• Work from Office (Location -Koramangala,Bangalore)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
