Job Description
- Must have an end to end process knowledge in accounts receivable process
- Query Resolution
- Ensure that the SLAs are met / improved as per the Clients requirement
- Maintain healthy client relationship and contribute effective value add to the Clients Business
- Strong Analytical skills and ability for reporting to be able to ensure daily production reporting and analysis
- Ensures an adherence to all compliance guidelines/requirements and internal policies and procedures including SOX, revenue recognition, Trade Compliance and supports internal and external audits
- Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter and month ends
- Self-starter, highly motivated and positive on job
- Good understanding of AR Activities
Primary Skills
- Implements an effective billing system.
- Ensures that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customers.
- Meets all billing deadlines.
- Keeps detailed records of all billing transactions, expenses, income and fund transfers.
- Assists and supports all billers.
Secondary Skills
- Explains bills to customers who have questions.
- Ensures confidentiality in billing procedures.
- Contacts companies with delinquent accounts to arrange payment.
- Monitors monthly payment plans of companies with credit lines.
- Should be working on invoice batch run at predefined intervals
