Job Description

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in GIS or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS datastore.
• Good knowledge of ESRI HA Architecture ( Load Balancer/ Failovers).
• Understanding of web-based / mobile based Esri Configurable apps.
• Previous experience in a support capacity (providing direct support to end-users).
• Understanding of SQL Server concepts such as permissions, maintenance jobs, and database configuration items to improve GIS performance.
• Level of understanding and experience with geospatial issues and geospatial techniques.
• Familiarity with ArcSDE, SQL. Some SQL query exposure (ability to write simple queries) (Preferable).
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret and present geospatial data to meet client requirements.
• Proven ability to competently perform a broad range of operational tasks associated with geospatial and administrative duties.
• Proven ability in providing high quality, comprehensive client service and establishing effective working relationships to communicate, consult and negotiate with project teams through sound communication, teamwork and liaison skills.
• Proven ability and experience in the use of geospatial techniques in relation to the extraction, analysis, interpretation and presentation of geospatial data utilizing ESRI software.
• Proven ability in technical writing with the ability to develop and maintain user guides and training material.
• Expertise in deployment of application/patch versions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong ITIL process understanding.
