  • Provide L1/L2 support for tickets raised
  • Work on dashboard reports.
  • Analyze the issue and identify the root cause
  • Understand existing process, system functionalities and interfaces.
  • Identify the impact/risk and communicate it with all stakeholders.

Hyperion Essbase required with 7-10 yrs of experience

Skills:

  • Should have 7-10 year of overall industry experience
  • Possess good knowledge in Hyperion EssBase and its concepts
  • Good at MXL, MDX and Batch scripting
  • Knowledge / Experience of EPM Cloud would be an advantage
