Required administration knowledge in Managing O365 Tenant and Exchange Online

Required knowledge in Exchange server 2016 & above

Experience in Exchange DAG, Database management, Transport services, POP3 & IMAP and Backup Management

Required knowledge in Microsoft Exchange EGDE server and Email routing

Required knowledge in Recipient management, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes and distribution lists.

Providing L3 Support for Microsoft Exchange on-premise and Exchange online Services

Managing, configuring and ensuring availability of messaging services

Office365 Administration using Admin console and Power Shell

Primary Skills

Exchange server 2016 & above

Office365 Administration

Microsoft Exchange EGDE server and Email routing

L3 Support for Microsoft Exchange on-premise and Exchange online Services

Secondary Skills

Experience in Mailbox migration projects

Providing Technical support to Remote users

Azure AD Connect

Email security appliances (like Cisco IronPort or Proofpoint)
