Job Description
Manage global operating system image development team. Coach, guide them through the entire lifecycle of the operating system image.
Lead the Global PC evaluation and benchmarking team. Define PC standards, define process for benchmarking, adopt necessary steps, tools, process, etc for PC evaluation.
Identify and Interface with required teams, OEMs, Vendors to achieve desirable goals for the function and people.
Developing and customizing existing or new tools to enhance the SCCM task sequence process and based on business requirement.-
Creation and managing SCCM OSD-Task Sequence Management, Driver Management.
Creating wrapper Packages, VBScript, Power Shell and batch Scripts to customization/automation for the image creation and application installations according to requirements develops adhering to the client standards and best practices.
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
Team /People Management
Primary Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Intune/Autopilot designing, implementation and operations
Level 200 SCCM Infra and operational Knowledge. Should have good experience on OS/PXE trouble shooting
SCCM Image creation using tools/apps/scripts in Microsoft System Configuration Manager
Expertise on Configuring DHCP, PXE Filters required for Creation of Task Sequence
