Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide day to day operational support for the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) services
Experience with installation and setup of EDR
End to End administration of EDR platforms
Integrations of EDR tools with SIEM, MDR, VM and SOAR
Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution
Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy
Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis
Should have design, build or consulting experience on Endpoint Security Infrastructure
Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance, and operations of one or more major Endpoint Security Products, For example:, Sentinel One, MS Defender ATP, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, etc.
Good Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT framework and good exposure of Service management
Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures
Should be open to work in shifts
Good communication skills Written as well as Oral
Understanding technical and process-based risk assessments
Knowledge on endpoint security processes and products
Engineering degree/B-Tech/BE
EDR vendor platforms certifications
